During this knowledge session, researchers and artists from the first round of CIIIC's ADRIE (Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences) programme share their experiences: on research questions, methods, and how knowledge can be better shared between consortia.
The ADRIE scheme is a scheme run by the Creative Industries Fund NL, aimed at consortia of creators, producers, institutions and researchers who, through a two-year programme of activities, use artistic and design research to build knowledge and skills for developing and applying immersive experiences.
The session focuses on research: what questions sit at the heart of the projects? What research methods and annotation systems are being used? And how is progress tracked within each consortium, and how can knowledge and insight be better shared between the different consortia?
