Mira Nair

Mira Nair (India, 1957) studied Sociology and Theatre at the universities of New Delhi and Harvard, Untied States. She started her film career with the famous documentary filmmaker D.A. Pennebaker in 1979. Since then, she has directed and produces a large number of documentaries and feature films.
