Jan Hulsker

Jan Hulsker (1917-2002) was originally a teacher in Dutch language and literature. He wrote on film and theater. In 1953 he started working for the Ministry for CRM (cultural, recreational and social matters). After retiring he became one of the leading Vincent van Gogh experts in the world.
