On November 7, 2007, eight people were killed in a shooting at a secondary school in the Finnish commuter town of Jokela. The perpetrator himself died the same day at a hospital from his self-inflicted wounds. It was the eighteen-year-old student Pekka-Eric Auvinen. This documentary reconstructs the road Pekka took until his destructive atrocity. Interviews with his parents, classmates and teachers create the image of a modern-day teenager who descended in social isolation.
