A vulnerable, imaginative boy looks for a way to make his dreams come true. He leaves his familiar surroundings and sets out on a journey full of difficulties and fearful moments. Wandering through time and space, his face changes. He struggles and runs through dark tunnels and climbs endless flights of stairs. He ends up in a snowy landscape, finds a boat and sets sail in the direction of fairytale islands. Here, he takes a drastic decision.
