Short film is an adaptation of the play with the same title. On 25 December, the day of peace, reflection and forgiveness, Jan celebrates Christmas with his in-laws. His fiancée's relationship with her mother and stepfather is anything but peaceful. By the Christmas tree, the conversation first deals with the wallpaper and tableware, but it deteriorates into a row about inheritances and other conflicts. The grim atmosphere reaches a violent climax when mother Tania serves dessert.
