Industrial to support the exhibition about social renewal in the Rotterdam Information Centre. The film has to make it clear to the people of Rotterdam that they can receive local government support in improving the quality of their district. In the film, a dialogue is struck up between a narrator and Truus, a working-class lady, still to be convinced of the merits of 'opzoomeren', tidying up her street. Winner of the Sony Budget Award.
