Musical cooperation between rap artist Gers Pardoel and Marco Borsato, in a song about being yourself. In a working-class district, middle-aged Jos is having a microwave meal with his wife Anja when he sees her stare amorously at Arie Boomsma on TV. She completely ignores her short, fat, balding husband. Elsewhere in the neighbourhood, he isn’t popular either. Frustrated, Jos withdraws in his ‘man cave’, where he works out to become like Arie Boomsma. Comic music video about a serious subject, directed by internet phenomenon Kakhiel.
