A woman is hula-hooping outside, to the melancholy slow-paced Hawaii tune Ula Hua Wale Au. Her movements are slowed down, her twisting hips, her back and arms, her entire body. Close-ups show a bare foot, a hand, always with the same, light, rhythmical motion. Careful and controlled, the camera registers it all on Super8.
