A tragicomic coming-of-age film about 21-year-old skater Reza who fully enjoys life, spinal cord lesion or not. Director Cabolet based the screenplay on what happened to her younger brother.
Skater Reza (21) has no idea what to do with his life and books a trip to Thailand. There, he hopes to find answers to all his life questions. What he doesn’t yet know is that his life will take a dramatic turn after this trip. Following a serious scooter accident, Reza is forced to reshape his life, realising he will be permanently confined to a wheelchair. What’s striking is he now makes better choices than when the world was still at his feet.
