After unwanted sex, Sam struggles with feelings of disgust and shame, and feels how this affects his identity, relationships and perception of masculinity. From the aftermath of a traumatic event to the first step towards processing it.
When Sam is raped by a girl he just met at a house party, his world slowly collapses. He suppresses the rising feelings of confusion and disgust. Months later, he realises the event has affected him more than he thought. But he also sees that there's little room to talk about this sensitive subject among men. This debut intimately portrays the vulnerability and loneliness of male victims of sexual violence.
