During an entirely ordinary movie night, a man suggests hitting his girlfriend with her consent. Just to find out how it feels. But what begins as a light-hearted, playful challenge soon grows into a confronting exploration of power, trust and intimacy. As the couple begin to doubt the experiment and their indecision grows, it becomes clear how desire and uncertainty intersect. How well do they really know each other?
