The close bond between Maya and Mattias changes after Mattias loses his mother. As he becomes increasingly entangled in his grieving process, Maya realises that his loss also means the end of their familiar relationship.
A short, intimate drama about how grief slowly hollows out a relationship. When her boyfriend Mattias enters a difficult period of mourning, Maya watches their close bond slowly change shape. At the pub, he grows quieter each time, and Maya's worries begin to colour their relationship. Realistically filmed, this debut draws the viewer ever deeper into Mattias' grieving process, through which the bond with Maya is changed forever.
