Lina Wertmüller

Lina Wertmüller (Rome,1926) is screenwriter and director. In 1976 she received as the first female director ever an Academy Award nomination for Best Director for her film Seven Beauties. In 1989 she directed On a Moonlit Night with Rutger Hauer.
