Devon Delmar

Devon Delmar is a South African editor, director and writer. Together with Jason Jacobs, he works as part of the KRAAL collective, based in Namaqualand. Their films centre on a deep connection with the local culture and landscape, through which they explore the theme of the non-human world and ecological relationships. Their feature film Carissa (2024) was selected for the Orizzonti section of the 81st Venice Film Festival.
