Quickly read an app or call someone when behind the wheel? You will no longer after seeing this clip, in which a French policeman gives first aid to a crying baby.
Film version of the commercial that globally went viral warns drivers, in an inventive and evocative way, against the dangers of using a smartphone behind the wheel. The clip does not show the chauffeur or the calling and texting itself, but the potentially drastic consequences. The maker was inspired by a news photo of a policeman taking care of a little girl in a pasture, while in the background the overturned car is seen that her family had an accident with – a fatal one for the father.
