KORT! - Yulia & Juliet
Short film - 2018 - 12 min.
In the desperate surroundings of a juvenile hall, two girls find salvation in their love for each other. "You are the sun", one says. "Don’t be so poetic", the other one says, while they secretly kiss. There is not really room for their relationship in the detention centre, but when one of them is released, the two are completely severed. Can they later resume their liaison outside the walls of the institution or is it better if they reunite within the confines of the familiar but padlocked surroundings? No matter what, the teen girls are prepared to put their future on the line for each other.
