When she was a baby, Elisabetta's identity was sold by her mother. This fact was the starting point for this short film, in which she depicts her 27-year bureaucratic battle to reclaim her identity.
Filmmaker Elisabetta Agyeiwaa’s identity was sold by her mother in 1991. As a result of this offence, Elisabetta was eliminated as a person and someone else is now still posing as 'Elisabetta Agyeiwaa'. Justice refuses to investigate the case, which is why she takes matters into her own hands in this short film, showing a young woman fighting against a ruthless, rigid bureaucracy.
