With less than three months left to live, Kitty, Carla and Dick face a profound final journey. They leave behind everything familiar to spend their final days in a hospice. Along the way, together with their loved ones, they get to make one last stop at a place holding cherished memories. This observational, slice-of-life graduation documentary offers an intimate, moving glimpse into the final chapter of three people's lives. We see how they come to terms with approaching death, and how connection, love and memory take on a particular meaning at life's very end.
