In the build-up to the rematch between kickboxing champions and love rivals Nick Roest and Jerry Valentijn, one of them is found unconscious and with a shattered leg in the parking lot of the boxing venue. This is the thrilling beginning of the second season of the drama series that is situated in the world of martial arts, where the allurement of fast money is constantly lurking - just like match fixing and doping are. Because the kickboxing market has collapsed and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is gaining popularity, Nick makes some rigorous choices.
