Dissatisfied with his life as a receptionist, Rutger wants to become a comic hero. First by imitating Lucky Luke, later in a cartoon about his own life. A documentary tribute to the power of imagination.
Short documentary about Rutger, who once had big dreams and went to art school. Now, he sits behind the desk of a nursing home, dreaming of a grander life. He conceives the idea to give himself a new identity: comic hero Lucky Luke. Although this is a success, it is not enough. He starts a cartoon about himself: an improbable comic hero in a story where nothing spectacular happens. A superhero without superpower, but with the power of fancy.
