2040 A.D. Large sections of the Netherlands are flooded and millions of people have fled to Limburg, where a terrorist organisation calls attention to social wrongs. This dystopicensemble comedy follows a group of people in this world, filled with sundry opportunities. An all-controlling, self-learning artificial intelligence helps them make their decisions. But how can you find your own way when everything is based on data, coincidence is non-existent and the role of humans seems to grow ever less important?
