After the first edition of the compilation film 99euro-films, to which only German filmmakers contributed, nine European filmmakers were invited for the second edition. The assignment was: make a short film of 9 minutes maximum on miniDV on a budget of 99 Euros. All directors were supposed to shoot in the city they lived in, in their native language and as much as possible on one location. The result, featuring the directing debut of actress and singer Ellen ten Damme, is a fascinating cinematic journey across Europe.
