For the project Europe - 99euro-films 2, nine European filmmakers make a short film on a 99 euro budget. From these nine films, a single compilation film will be made. As part of this project, the Dutch musician Ellen ten Damme made a tragicomic mini-drama about a naked man, who feels lonely at the Parade street show in Amsterdam among the enamoured and art-loving couples. His encounter with a pop singer (Ellen ten Damme) comes to nothing, either.
