Navigating with your breath through a gorgeous underwater world: this is possible in the virtual reality experience DEEP. It is a story, a tempting game as well as an examination of anxiety neuroses in children.
A special virtual reality experience, where players are not only provided with goggles, but also with a band around their belly to measure their breathing. They descend into an underwater world where their breathing determines how deep they dive. The direction they look in determines the route among sea anemones, squids and shoals of fish. A calm and deep abdominal respiration is not only rewarded by gorgeous subaquatic images, but also by deep relaxation. In the overlapping areas between art and gaming, DEEP connects breathing with watching, while calming down the mind.
