First part of a triptych in which four boys, independently, but apparently related, are philosophising about life and the meaning of the question: Everything OK?
Alles goed?, the first part of a triptych, starts with images of an Amsterdam pub: the camera registers the action, the microphone picks up snippets of a conversation. Next, the camera moves outside, where an incident has taken place and police officers take action. The threatening atmosphere of a night out is replaced by the cold fluorescent light of a restaurant kitchen. Here, four boys are philosophising independently, but apparently related, about life and the meaning of the question: Everything OK?
