Documentary that spends six months closely following an 18-year old boy and a 17-year old girl. The two belong to a large group of homeless people who live on the fringe of society and have grown up without may illusions about their future. They have no prospects of work, a home or education, so they might as well start the day with a joint. That way they can dream without having to think about tomorrow. The film shows the decisions facing the boy and the girl in their lives. Decisions influenced by their turbulent past. The couple have decided to make something of their lives. However things work out differently.
