Impression of the countryside and busy cities of Eastern Turkey.
Experimental film for which the makers travelled to Ankara in Eastern Turkey. The film gives an impression of the countryside and the busy cities. The soundtrack plays a major role in the film. Yavas Yavas, Turkish for 'take it easy, take it easy', gives an impression of three weeks in Turkey in three and a half minutes. The film was produced by the film workshop Filmstad. Under the name FilmBlik, filmmakers and artists were invited to make a 16mm film with only one restriction: to use only one can of film (10 minutes).
