Documentary follows the eccentric 21-year-old singer Sharon Kovacs - nicknamed 'The Wolf Lady' - and her producer Oscar Holleman for two years on a hectic, musical voyage of discovery. From recordings and contract talks in Cuba and Hamburg to their own studio, where against a backdrop of cigarette butts, vodka bottles and Herman Brood record sleeves, they passionately compose and polish the songs. While the filmmaker captures Kovacs’ first big steps to an international career, in interviews the unruly singing talent dilates upon the struggle with her turbulent childhood.
