Animation about a man trying to make contact with the inhabitants of the city where he washed ashore. But they turn out to be strange, superficial and curt.

A person washes ashore on a city beach. He starts exploring and looks for contact with the inhabitants in the vicinity. But people here are strange, superficial and curt. After a series of unfortunate occurrences, he is back in the water again.
