Film that shows that many decades ago, people were concerned about the busy traffic in the centre of Utrecht. The film concentrates on the problems around Leidseveer and Vreeburg, still among Utrecht's most important bottle-necks. The film is being screened with live music by students of the Utrecht School of the Arts.
