An (apparently) inconspicuous camera films two policemen across the street. The camera zooms in; the officers look right, left and on their watches. They wait. They wear black berets and blue short-sleeved shirts. In the background, chaotic street noises. One officer yawns. Then, music starts on the soundtrack and 'Felipe' arrives, and with him a jostling crowd and camera crews. Captured in one continuous shot.
