In 1981, not long after the release of Spetters, Wim Verstappen and Paul Verhoeven are brought together by the young Rotterdam filmmaker Ruud den Drijver for an article in Film & TV Maker. Dirk Rijneke and Mildred van Leeuwaarden, makers of the VPRO series 'Groeten uit Rotterdam', follow the meeting with a camera and make a remarkable portrait, which was never shown on TV. On the occasion of Wim Verstappen's demise, Dirk Rijneke traced the footage, which is over twenty years old.
