Closing episode of the series Question and Answer, about the inhabitants of the Belgian suburb Texas. Soon after World War II, prefabricated emergency housing was built in the village of Waterschei for Eastern Europeans who came to work in the coal mines. When the mines finally closed forty years later, the prefabs were still there. In 1994 it was decided to demoloish the houses and to built a giant theme park in the area. The ageing tenants were promised new homes. The new suburb has been built, but the inhabitants of Texas still haven't moved. The settlement is dominated by bitterness and melancholy. The move is soon to take place, but no one knows what the future will bring.
