Film biography of film-maker/inventor/photographer Peter Reijnders (1900-1974), an experimental film-maker avant la lettre with his 'I-films' and 'film-clips'. Also the driving force behind the Dutch Film Campaign which got film production moving after the World War II. Reijnders was also the initiator and developer of the fairy-tale park De Efteling.
