Underdog - Kerstmis in maart

First episode of TV series in four episodes with topical social themes in which the action group Underdog, five people in their thirties from various social backgrounds, confronts the pampered country of Holland with the downside of western society. With hilarious, yet at the same time confronting, relentless actions, the group tries to end ignorance and elicit discussion. In the first episode Kerstmis in maart Underdog goes public for the first time. In a video message, they announce their first attack, which is a reaction to the citizens' passivity after 11 September 2001. Newscasts and current affairs programmes report on this anonymous extremist group, whose hotbed should very likely be looked for in the quarter of fundamentalist Muslims. While Holland is in a state of uproar, Underdog prepares an attack on the teeming Schouwburgplein in Rotterdam.
