Nederlands Film Festival | Ultrakort

A storm is brewing in the cup of Joe, who struggles daily with a faulty switch on the coffee-maker, in this absurd animation. It would help if he saw the error of his ways.

The little blue demon Joe wants a cup of coffee every other minute. Each time, he is jolted awake when the coffee spouts all around the rickety coffee-maker. His cup is about the only thing not hit by the brew. Joe keeps forgetting he may get some coffee in another way. Shouldn’t he listen to the bird that keeps handing him the solution to his problem? Groaning, this headstrong demon keeps repeating his failing routine, in this absurd animation about the need for change.
