Fly-on-the-wall documentary about Joep, Anouska and Ciska, three adolescents with a moderate mental disability who explore the limits of their independence during a group trip to the Costa Brava.
Joep, Anouska and Ciska are on a supervised youth tour to the sunny party town of Blanes. They all have a moderate mental disability and are excited to go on a holiday without their parents for the first time. But once in Spain, they experience a freedom they do not have back home. For the first time, Joep does a shot, Ciska challenges herself to loosen up and love is in the air. But how does one handle all these mature feelings, when you know there are obvious limits to what you can and are allowed to do?
