Soccer is war, but atypically it is not in this intimate documentary in which four men in the Gaza Strip are looking for happiness. The soccer pitch is the only place to briefly forget about their struggles.

In the Gaza Strip, a small walled territory where war is raging every other year, four soccer players are looking for happiness. Against the backdrop of destruction, refuse and poverty, they dream of a better future. One tries to flee, the other rebuilds his destroyed house, the third takes up arms and the fourth is trying to make a living as a barber. Together, they have one place where they can forget about their struggles: the soccer pitch. This documentary provides an intimate portrait of life in a territory that has been ruling the global headlines for decades.
