Psychological experiment by Tim den Besten and Nicolaas Veul, who live-streamed their lives 24/7 for eighteen days to examine how important privacy still is today.

How important is privacy still today? To investigate this, VPRO programme makers Tim den Besten and Nicolaas Veul carried out the psychological experiment Super Stream Me. They made their lives public for eighteen days; from bathroom visits up to therapeutic sessions at the psychologist. Armed with a camera, which was connected to a live stream on vpro.nl/ssm, they live-streamed their lives 24/7. Their location, heartrate and the number of viewers was shown real-time and viewers could react live.
