At the anonymous help line 113Online, volunteers talk to people contemplating suicide. This documentary not only shows how they tackle their difficult job, but also makes room for the stories at the other side of the line. How is it possible that so many people around us seem to function normally while at the same time longing for death? What are the straws they clutch at? You clearly do not have to be a professional to mean something to them. You can save lives just by listening.
