Short documentary about the re-emigration of an elderly couple from the Cape Verde Islands. After living and working in Holland for more than thirty years, Mr and Mrs da Silva decided to return to their home soil in the Cape Verde Islands. The documentary Sodad Sodad follows them from the moment when they inform their children to their arrival back home. They talk openly about how and why they took their radical decision and express their growing doubts and their sorrow about what they are leaving behind in Holland.
