Documentary, shot on 70mm, about the skies over Holland. The changing formations of white or dark ominous clouds hanging above polders, rivers, bulb fields, cities and villages are displayed in a spectacular way. The characteristic Dutch scenery, filmed over different seasons, blend into paintings by Dutch masters, such as Vermeer, Rembrandt, Van Gogh en Mondriaan.
