Portrait from 1964 of the editors of film magazine Skoop, which was founded in 1963. Pim de la Parra, Wim Verstappen, Rob du Mée, Nicolai van der Heyde, Rein Bloem and Gied Jaspars present their views of Dutch cinema and explain how Skoop intends to improve the Dutch film climate. In addition, Joris Ivens is introduced, who applauds the initiative of these young filmmakers/editors.
