After a man has robbed someone, a wild chase across town ensues. The thief manages to escape his victim, but once more karma is a bitch.
In broad daylight, someone is robbed by a passer-by who only seemed to bump into him. A chase follows through streets, seamy parts of town and industrial zones, until the thief shakes off his pursuer. But karma is a bitch.
