Short feature commissioned by the Dutch Railways about the consequences of being reckless at railway crossings. After the final match of the hockey championship, a boy on a moped tries to squeak through the railway crossing before the train hurtles past. The boy gets off unscathed, but his girlfriend is seriously injured. To the police, his parents and friends, he maintains that the lights at the crossing did not work. Gradually, he realises what his carelessness has caused.
