An offended woman takes matters into her own hands in this video, made for the theatre performance Permanent Destruction, a ‘sexy show about self-hatred and unrequited love’.
A woman takes a meat dish from the oven and puts it on the table: ‘Ta-dah!’ The man sitting at the table looks up from his phone and says: ‘You had to catch it yourself, or what?’ The woman, offended and angry, leaves the house, knocks next door and is greeted by another man, and the roles are changed. Intriguing video, part of the theatre project Permanent Destruction by dramaturge Naomi Velissariou and sound producer Joost Maaskant.
