Documentary about the drowning of Oswald during his honeymoon on Crete.
Documentary about the drowning of Oswald during his honeymoon on Crete. It follows his brothers as they investigate the bizarre aftermath of his death. Oswald and his wife were surprised by the treacherous current. His wife could be saved, but the rescuers came too late for Oswald. The Greek authorities were however not very respectful in dealing with the accident. The family, saddened by their loss, is so shocked that two brothers travel to Crete to trace the precise details of the accident. The film, about the impossibility of accepting the sudden death of a loved one, also looks at the almost automatic suspicion of how things work in Southern Europe.
