Finn is a teenager in a free-thinking family. One day, he finds out that his father Roelof likes to dress up in women's clothes. Indeed, his father would like to be a woman. This discovery is hugely confusing to Finn, who is in the middle of his own sexual development. What follows is a struggle with his feelings of shame, but also of love and loyalty, in which he is firmly supported by his new girlfriend Lizzie.
