For various reasons, three unknown people end up in the industrial no man's land of the Rotterdam docklands on a cold November night. For a short while, the three lives of Aziz, Perry and Nazanin touch each other. There is a war in each of these lives and they momentarily recognise it in the eyes of the others. Perhaps this leads to a better mutual understanding, perhaps not. Meanwhile, the camera skims across the nocturnal vistas where all characters are travellers.
